Each applicant goes through a pre-screening process that includes our English proficiency test and writing sample assignments.

We accept less than 0.5% of writer applicants. Only native English speakers are allowed on the platform.

Our in-house editors review every project for quality, enabling us to continually ensure writers are a good fit for our clients.

We also support our writers so they can improve. Our senior editors provide feedback to help them strengthen their skills.
